Prism Protein Marker from AMRESCO contains 6 colored proteins ranging from 19 kDA to 130 kDa. These proteins are visualized on a standard SDS-PAGE and can be seen as the gel is running. It contains proteins of three different colors, so that you can easily determine protein molecular weight. Prism Protein Marker is for use with any SDS-PAGE gel system and can be transferred to nitrocellulose or PVDF membranes for downstream Western blotting applications.
