Binding of HSF-1 antibody to total protein from K562 cells by AMRESCO's Total Cell protein Lysis Buffer
Total protein (~50ug) isolated from K562 cells with AMRESCO’s Total Cell Protein Lysis Buffer was resolved on a 12.5% Fluorescent Sprint NEXT GEL®. Protein resolution was viewed on a UV transilluminator prior to transfer to PVDF membrane(E578) (A) and immunoblotting with HSF-1 antibody (B). RapidBlock™ (M325) was used for 5 minute blocking of the blot and as the antibody diluent. Antibody binding was detected with Visiglo™ HRP Plus Chemiluminescent Substrate Kit (N219).
