Privacy Policy

AMRESCO is committed to protecting the personal information collected from our customers during the website registration and ordering process. AMRESCO does not provide personal information to outside mailing lists or to unaffiliated third parties. Authorized third parties including contractors supporting operation of this site or other entities involved in the e-commerce support functions that may have access to customer information are required to comply with this privacy policy.

Use of website cookies
This site collects data from site visitors through a mechanism called a cookie which is an information file temporarily or permanently stored on the visitor's computer. Data within the AMRESCO network is protected through secure network firewalls. Please be aware that it is the customer's responsibility to safeguard any passwords, ID numbers, or other special access features associated with your use of the Site.

Credit Card Charges
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
