Online ordering is only available in the United States. For orders originating outside the United States please contact an AMRESCO distributor in your area.

AMRESCO's products are available to companies or institutions only. Direct sales to the public are not available.

• All site information, including list pricing, is available without logging-in. List pricing is shown in US dollars.
• Log-in is required only to submit an order or to view adjusted pricing. To display adjusted pricing customer must log-in and place products in shopping cart.
• If this is your first visit to the new AMRESCO website you will need to register online to complete your purchase. This is a one time process and is necessary for both existing and new AMRESCO customers.
• IDs and passwords from the previous site are no longer valid.

Placing an On-line Order
On-line ordering is simple and fast.

• Customers with existing web accounts:
  • Log-in to your account
  • Add products to your shopping cart
  • Click on start check-out and follow prompts to submit order
  • Orders are normally processed and shipped within 24 hours of submission

• New on-line customers (including existing AMRESCO customers who have not placed orders on this website)
  You must register on this website to submit an on-line order. User ID's and passwords from the previous website are no longer valid. You must register on this site by following one quick and simple procedures below.

Registration Process
Two methods are available for on-line registration.

Register when placing your first order

• Add items to your cart
• Begin registration by clicking on Start Checkout button
• Follow prompts to complete registration
• If you have previously purchased products from AMRESCO (either on-line or by phone or fax) your AMRESCO account ID will be linked to your web registration within 24 hours.
• If you have never purchased AMRESCO products your account will be created and an account number will be assigned. You may be contacted by a customer service representative to validate billing and shipping information.
• Your order will begin processing when your AMRESCO account ID is linked to your web account. A customer service representative will contact you if any issues arise to impact order processing.
• On future visits simply log in to your account to purchase AMRESCO products

Register outside of the order process

• Click on the Create Account link on the upper right of any page in the site.
• Fill in the form on the Create Account page and submit.
• If you have previously purchased products from AMRESCO (either on-line or by phone or fax) your AMRESCO account ID will be linked to your web registration within 12 - 24 hours and your order will be processed.
• If you have never purchased AMRESCO products your account will be created and an account number will be assigned. You may be contacted by a customer service representative to validate billing and shipping information.
• On future visits simply log in to your account to purchase AMRESCO products

Log-in Information:

User ID:
During the registration process you will be asked to submit an email address. This will become your UserID and will be used to contact you to confirm order submittal and order shipping confirmation. It will also be used to contact you concerning any questions regarding your order.  If you need to change your email address you will need to reregister on the site.

Password:
You will choose a password during the registration process. Passwords may be changed as often as needed.
To change password:

• Log-in to your account
• Click on "Change Password"
• Fill in fields for old and new password and submit.

Forgot password?

• Enter your email address in the Email field in the upper right
• Click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the upper right
• An email with a randomly generated password will be dispatched to your email account
• You may change the password by logging-in to your account and clicking on the "Change Password" link.

Accessing On-line Orders
You may review the status of current orders and review your on-line order history by logging into your account and following the simple procedures below.

Review order status

• Log-in to your account
• Click on "Order Status" on upper right
• A screen will appear with your most recent orders and their current status.

Review order history

• Log-in to your account
• Click on "Order History" on upper right
• A screen will appear with your entire order history
• Orders can be filtered by:
  • Date range
  • Product name
  • Product code

Special Ordering Instructions

• Include any special ordering requirements in the ‘Special Order Instructions’ box located on the final check-out page.
• Include the following types of information:
  
  • Request for single lot number
  • Ship complete 
  • Expedited shipping
  • Designated carrier.
• If necessary, a customer service representative will contact you to confirm these instructions.

Changes to Submitted Orders:

Please contact AMRESCO at 1-800-829-2805 or (440) 349-1199 to change any orders submitted online including product additions/removal, size/quantity or cancellation.

Returns

If you need to return an item you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) by contacting AMRESCO at 1-800-829-2805 or (440) 349-1199.  Any returned items may be subject to a 25% processing fee or $50.00 charge, whichever is greater. Products authorized for return must be packaged for shipment in compliance with all federal, state and local regulations.

Shipping Information: AMRESCO packages and ships our products by the most efficient and cost-effective means that preserve product integrity and conform to government and carrier regulations. A fee may be applied to potentially hazardous products that require special packaging and shipping specifications. Freight charges are FOB Solon, Ohio.

AMRESCO Inc. has been registered as an ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 company by the National Quality Association USA (NQA). The extent of this registration includes organizational processes AMRESCO uses in manufacturing, testing, quality assurance and order completion of all its products to the life science and pharmaceutical markets.

Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS) Registry Numbers have been shown, when applicable, for our customer’s use and convenience. AMRESCO makes no claims regarding the accuracy or applicability of CAS numbers.

Use of Products
Products are intended for in vitro research or laboratory use only and are not to be used for in vivo purposes.

Every product offered by AMRESCO is intended for use only by qualified professionals as indicated on the product label and supplemental instructions for use. The user has sole responsibility for determining the suitability of a product for a particular use.

Warranties and Liabilities
AMRESCO products are warranted to meet or exceed the stated product specifications and to conform to the description on the label. In the event of a non-conformance with this warrant, AMRESCO will indemnify the buyer against loss by them in an amount not to exceed the price paid for the goods. Recommended storage conditions must be observed.
