Gene-PAGE PLUS™ products are ready-to-use solutions blended from AMRESCO's PAGE-PLUS™ concentrate which are specifically designed for DNA sequencing and other denaturing electrophoresis applications. Gene-PAGE PLUS™ includes urea and TBE buffer as well as a proprietary cross-linker that increases resolution of sequencing products. Simply add polymerizing agents (APS and TEMED) to the gel solution, mix and pour. Gene-PAGE PLUS™ products minimize exposure to hazardous powdered acrylamide and save valuable time. Unlike standard acrylamide gels, fixation in methanol and acetic acid is optional when performing manual sequencing.

In addition to tradition bottles, Gene-PAGE PLUS™ products are also available in convenient, single-use disposable squeeze bottles. EZSqueeze™ packaging provides all the components necessary to rapidly pour a gel.
