Amresco's corporate e-business web site offers a broad range of information related to Amresco's company offerings including: products and services; sales information; on-line product ordering; featured products & special offers; technical support; and contact information.

NOTE: You can find lots of great information on Amresco's products and services but you cannot search the entire Web site or view product pricing unless you have an established account.

Basic Instructions
Search By Product Group

• Click on one of three rectangular buttons under the words "Product Groups" to search by product group.
• Choose from the provided list of names and click on that category to narrow your product search. Categories with subsets will now appear.
• Click on subsequent categories until you have reached the individual product you want to see.
• Product details are shown on the last page of navigation to an individual product.

Search By Product Category

• Click on the blue arrow next to the words "Product Search".
• Click on the arrow at the end of the first box to Search by Product Group.
• Use scrollbar on right to navigate up and down and find a product category.
• Move the cursor to highlight and select the product category.
• Click on the "GO" button.
• A list of products for that category will appear.
• Click on an individual product to view the product details page.
• Product details are shown on the last page of navigation to an individual product.

Search By Keyword or Product Code Number

• Type your Keyword or Product Code Number (if known) into the second textbox.
• Click the blue Search button. All products or product categories containing your Keyword will appear.
• Entering a Product Code Number will take you directly to that product.
• Scroll down to find the product you want to see.
• Click on an individual product to view the product details page.
• Product details are shown on the last page of navigation to an individual product.

NOTE: Searching by Product Code Number is case sensitive. When entering Code Numbers containing both alphabetic and numeric characters, all alphabetic characters must be capitalized. Searching by Keyword is not case sensitive under any circumstances, so you don't need to worry about capitalization.

Refining Your Search
Search Tips

TIP 1: A Keyword query will return results containing at least one occurrence of every single one of the keyword(s) you enter. A Keyword query is much less specific and will return results containing at least one occurrence of at least one of the keyword(s) you enter. This is the least specific type of search. If you are having trouble getting results for your query, use a Keyword query.

TIP 2: One way to narrow your search is to target specific categories of information. In addition to providing a more relevant result set, a targeted search will return results more quickly as the domain of content to be searched is much smaller.

TIP 3: On your first search, you could enter a fairly simple query term: the product, technology, industry topic, etc. of interest to you, for example. Enter keywords into the text that help to define the specifics of what you are looking for. You can repeat the process as many times as needed until you have the result set that meets your requirements.

TIP 4: A return to the "Home Page" is possible at any time during your navigation of the amresco-inc.com site simply by clicking on the AMRESCO logo located in the upper left corner of the navigation field.

Reviewing Search Results

When reviewing results from your Search, keep in mind the following: the result set returned for your review on amresco-inc.com is limited to 10, 20, or 30 results per page. You can set this preference to any of those fixed amounts. The default number is set at 30. The actual number of results that matched your search, however, may be much greater.
