Preparation of 10X TG buffer concentrate from M115-2PK (10X Ready-Pack™):

Each Ready-Pack™ makes 1 liter of 10X TG buffer.
    1. Dissolve contents of 1 Ready-Pack™ in 600-700 ml distilled, deionized water.
    2. Adjust volume to 1 liter with distilled, deionized water.

Preparation of 1X TG Buffer from M115-40L powder:

Preparation of 1 liter 1X TG Buffer (Up to 40L of 1X solution can be prepared.)
