The 1 Kb Ready Ladder™ ladder consists of 11 double-stranded fragments between 500 and 10,000 bp. The intensity of individual bands varies to facilitate easy identification.

AMRESCO offers a complete range of DNA markers for determination of double-stranded DNA sizes on agarose or acrylamide gels. Ladders are available in increments of 50bp, 100 bp and 1 Kb fragments. The 50 bp ladder consists of 10 fragments ranging from 50 to 500 bp. The 100 bp ladder contains 13 double-stranded DNA fragments ranging from 100 to 3000 bp. The 1 Kb Ready Ladder™ ladder consists of 11 double-stranded fragments between 500 and 10,000 bp.

Ladders are available in two formulations:
• A buffered aqueous solution that is mixed with loading buffer before applying to gel
