Overview

Pre-blended buffer supplied as a ready-to-use pack. Each pack prepares 1 L of 1X PBS/Tween® 20 solution (10mM Phosphate Buffer, 137mM Sodium Chloride, 2.7mM Potassium Chloride, 0.05% Tween® 20)  when pouch contents are added to 1 L of water.

Each pack contains sufficient powder to prepare 1L of a 1X PBS-Tween® 20 (0.05%) solution.

AMRESCO offers a variety of pre-blended blocking agents in a convenient ready-to-use pouch, all you add is the water. These buffered blocking powders are sold as 5-packs and each pouch when reconstituted makes one liter of blocking agent. Not sure which blocking agent works best for your application? AMRESCO also offers a sampler 6-pack with one of each pouch.

How to Use

Each pouch prepares 1 liter of TBS, 0.05% Tween® 20.
