The Native NEXT GEL® Kit allows for resolution of proteins in their native conformation with an easy-to-use agarose gel format. Resolving proteins in their native state is governed by the charge of the protein at the pH of the running buffer. The Native NEXT GEL® Kit includes everything necessary to run 50 mini-gels for the resolution of both basic and acidic proteins.
