NorthCoast 99 is an annual recognition program that honors 99 great places to work in Northeast Ohio. The program was developed in 1999 by ERC, to honor organizations for their ability to maintain a high level of excellence within their workplace.

Since its start in 1999, the program has recognized nearly 400 organizations and in 2011 AMRESCO LLC joined the ranks as one of its honored recipients.
