Detailed Description

Agarose I™ is a standard melting/gelling agarose, suitable for routine nucleic acid analytical/preparative applications. Agarose I™ has a low EEO for shorter electrophoretic runs without compromising resolution. Excellent for blotting techniques and general manipulations. Sample kit contains Agarose I™, TBE Buffer, 6X Agarose Gel Loading Dye and Destaining Bags.  There are sufficient reagents to run 3-6 mini gels.

AMRESCO has recognized the need for a convenient method for the preparation of agarose gels, therefore; Agarose I™ is available in 500 mg tablet form. Just add the required number of tablets to either TBE or TAE, mix until completely dissolved, heat and pour a gel. Eliminate the weighing of agarose for the preparation of 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5%, and 2.0% gels.
